What We Do
Hands-on development of custom silicone materials to meet the physicochemical demand of the component or finished product. Materials are fabricated to the specified geometry and requirements of the customer. We fabricate prototypes for evaluation, manufacturing scale-up, and testing (analytical, stability, shelf-life, etc.). We support all functional areas including clinical testing, quality control, regulatory affairs, marketing, intellectual property, and any department needing technical input.
Formulation & Materials
We design, compound, and fabricate silicone-based materials based on customer requirements. Properties normally targeted are: hardness, softness, tensile strength, tear strength, % elongation, texture, tackiness, and many others.
Prototyping
We fabricate prototypes for evaluation, manufacturing scale-up, and testing (analytical, stability, shelf-life, etc.).
